Losing a loved one is never easy and people react differently with regards to losing someone close. There is no right or wrong way to grieve.
Lots of people feel disbelief or they go into denial. Other people get angry, sometimes at a specific person, or with the world in general or even at the person who has died (often in cases of suicide). It is also not unusual for people to blame themselves.
All these related issues are dependant on you and your circumstances. By talking through your feelings can result in the start of the healing process.
