My aim is to help ease emotional pain and confusion, supporting you as you work through your concerns and discover new ways of living in ways that feel more fulfilling, balanced, and true to who you are.
Whether you’d like to explore a specific issue or work more deeply on understanding yourself and your experiences, I use an Integrative approach, drawing on a range of counselling and psychotherapeutic methods to best suit your individual needs.
Sharing your difficulties, especially for the first time, can feel daunting. That’s why I place great importance on creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive space where you can speak freely and begin to explore what’s really going on for you.
I offer both short-term and longer-term work, depending on what feels right for you. Together, we can look at your immediate challenges and find ways to move forward, or, if you wish, explore more deeply how past experiences may be influencing your present. Gaining this kind of insight can bring clarity, understanding, and lasting change.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I see it as central to the healing process, and sometimes our focus may gently turn to what’s happening between us in the moment. This can be a powerful way to uncover patterns, build awareness, and find new ways of relating – both within yourself and in your life beyond therapy.
As an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), I adhere to their ethical and professional standards, ensuring our work together is always safe, respectful, and confidential.
